VISA TOUR

  1. Visa Application Form
  2. 2 (two) pieces of recent color photograph, 4x6 cm, white background.
  3. Passport and copy of passport (Identity page, visa / immigration stamp gatra lay Yang EVER visited And Rear fence page / official record
  4. ORIGINAL bank statement in the last 3 months + ORIGINAL Bank Reference Letter
  5. Certificate of Employment and Letter Links Of Companies The applicant WORK (in English, typed and letterhead)
  6. Certificate Student / Student And photocopy of Student Card / Student (in English, typed and letterhead)
  7. Copy of Business License (SIUP) of the Company The applicant WORK
  8. Copy of the Annual Tax (SPT PPh 21) which is paid by the company The applicant WORK
  9. Copy of Family Card, Certificate of Marriage / Books marriage, birth certificate, ID card, ID Card Office And Business cards in.

 

NOTE:

IF the applicant is a housewife, Retired OR DOES NOT WORK, can be attach Certificate of Employment partner That Still WORK OR attach a letter of application Visa Operating Personal (typed and stamped 6000) and is equipped WITH Proof SK Retirement OR Letter of Work Experience From Company Place WORK previously.



VISA BUSINESS

 

  1. Visa Application Form
  2. 2 (two) recent color photographs, 4x6 cm, white background.
  3. Passport and copy of passport (identity page, visa / immigration stamp other countries that have been visited as well as the rear yard / official notes.
  4. The Party Inviting Company (Korea)
  5. Letter of Invitation / Invitation Letter
  6. Security / Guarantee Letter
  7. Copy of Business License (SIUP)
  8. Proof Inviting Company Tax Reports
  9. Document Export - Import, related primarily to the invitee cooperation
  10. Copy of the promulgation of Identity (Passport / ID Card / Identity Korea Other)
  11. Invited Party (Indonesian Company)
  12. Certificate of Employment (in English, typed and letterhead)
  13. Sponsor Letter and Letter of Guarantee (in English, typed and letterhead)
  14. Copy of Trading Business License (License) where the applicant works
  15. Photocopy of the Annual Tax (SPT PPh 21) paid by the Company
  16. The Company's current account last 3 months
  17. Copy of Family Card, Certificate of Marriage / Books marriage, birth certificate, ID card, ID Card Office and cards

 



NOTE:

1. The duration of the visa process is calculated after all the requirements of the document is received in full.

2. For a business visa must exist:

3. Invite on company letterhead from Korea.

4. Permit companies in Korea.

5. The contract agreement between the companies in Indonesia working with companies in Korea.

6. For visas valid starting from the date of issued visas, visas valid for 3 months then it is allowed to stay in Korea for 14 days.

7. Visa may or denied the money is not returned.

8. The success of a visa is under the authority of the Embassy entirely.
